Experience in an acute care setting is preferred.

Must have strong management skills.
Must possess good skills in planning, organizing, directing and managing.
Must possess a good sense of efficiency and delegation of work assignments.
Must be knowledgeable and supportive of the community’s philosophy and objectives.
Must be flexible and open to change.
Must have a valid RN license in the state of Texas.
